Include the trade you need, your town, postcode area (for example SA1), a short description and preferred timing. Please leave full addresses and sensitive information out of your first email.

Proposed trial fee: £25 per accepted, qualified introduction, subject to agreement. A lead does not guarantee work. No fees are charged for an expression of interest. Final terms are agreed before any paid introduction.

Is the homeowner service free?
The proposed matching service is free to homeowners. Participating tradespeople would pay an agreed introduction fee. The cost of the work is agreed separately with the tradesperson.
How do you find a contractor?
We use your job brief to seek suitable local businesses and check their interest and availability. We do not claim to have a pre-vetted network or guarantee a contractor for every enquiry. We’ll explain what checks have been completed before an introduction. Gas work requires an appropriately Gas Safe registered engineer.
Who is responsible for the work?
The proposed service introduces homeowners to independent businesses. Homeowners contract with and pay the chosen business directly. Read our service information. Concerns can be raised at hello@localtradelinkwales.co.uk.
What happens when I email?
